A deposit before you draw

For each service, you'll be able to ask for a deposit when the client books, and choose who pays it: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before. Clients see your policy when they book, and the deposit comes off the total at checkout.

If a client doesn't show up, the no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it. If you're the one who cancels the session, the client gets the whole deposit back.

References, placement, and consent

Each service can have its own intake and consent form, filled in and signed before the session: the references, where on the body, the size, allergies, and anything else you need to know. You see it all with the appointment, so you're not reading it for the first time at the station.

Work that takes more than one session

A sleeve or a back piece comes in sessions weeks apart. At checkout, you'll book the next one before the client leaves, and the client's card keeps your notes and private photos of the placement and the healing, so each session picks up where the last one ended.

Flash days and walk-ins

On a flash day, the virtual walk-in line will let people take a number and see their place in line on their phone, instead of crowding the door. Late sessions outside your regular hours can carry an after-hours price that the client sees before booking.

What you pay on a $400 session

Bookeao Pro will never charge a fee per booking, for a first tattoo or a client's tenth.

• Cards: processed by Stripe, at Stripe's fee only: 2.7% + 15¢ for a card tapped on your phone, 2.9% + 30¢ for a saved card or a payment link. Bookeao adds nothing.
• Cash and ATH Móvil: you'll record them in one tap. Your earnings count them, along with cards and tips.
• Transfers: free to your bank every business day, or instant for 1.5% ($0.50 minimum), only when you choose it.

On a $400.00 session paid with a card tapped on your phone, that's $10.95 to Stripe and nothing to Bookeao. Cards issued outside the U.S. can cost more.
