Booking app for hair stylists

A balayage can take four hours, and a client who doesn't show up empties half your day. Bookeao Pro is being built for services that long, with the formula ready before the client sits down.

Deposits on the appointments that cost you the most

A missed blowout costs you 45 minutes. A missed color and cut costs you the afternoon. For each service, you'll be able to ask for a deposit when the client books, and choose who pays it: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before.

Clients see your policy when they book. If someone doesn't show up, the no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it. If you're the one who cancels, the client gets the whole deposit back. The deposit comes off the total at checkout.

The formula on the client's card

You'll save the color formula, the developer, and the processing time on the client's card, with a photo of how it came out. Notes, photos, and formulas are private. The card also shows past visits, so you know what you did last time before the client arrives.

Long services, booked for the time they take

Each service will have its own duration, and add-ons like a toner, a treatment, or a blowout carry their own time and price. Bookeao adds them up, so a client who books color with a treatment gets the full time held.

You can also turn on a setting that offers only times that won't leave you a gap too short to book, like 30 minutes stuck between a long color and the next client.

Touch-ups when they're due

You'll set how often each service usually comes back, like six weeks for a root touch-up. When that passes with nothing booked, the client gets one reminder with your link, never before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. At checkout, you can book the next visit while the client is still with you.

What you'll pay, and what stays with you

Bookeao Pro will never charge a fee per booking, for a new client or a regular.

Questions

Do my clients have to download an app?

No. They can book on the web from your link. To book, they create an account and verify their phone with a code.

Other stylists work for me. How does that work?

Business with employees puts bookings and payments in the business's name, with commission splits and reports for each employee. It starts at $34.99 a month for up to 5 employees, counting you, and employees don't need a plan of their own.

When does it launch?

In 2027. There's no date yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when it's ready.
