Size, length, and hair, each with its price

Braids aren't one price. With options and add-ons on a service, the client will pick the size, the length, whether you provide the hair, and a takedown of old braids, each with its own price and time. Bookeao adds them up, so a client who books small knotless to the waist gets the whole day held, not three hours.

A deposit for a whole day

A no-show on a six-hour appointment is a day you can't get back. For each service, you'll be able to ask for a deposit when the client books, and choose who pays it: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before.

If the client doesn't show up, the no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it. If you're the one who cancels, the client gets the whole deposit back.

Hair prep, asked ahead

Each service can have a form the client fills in before the visit. Ask whether the hair will come washed, detangled, and blow-dried, whether there are old braids or extensions to take out, and whether the scalp is sensitive. You read the answers with the appointment, before the day starts.

Kids' braids and coming back on time

Accounts are for adults, so a parent books for the kids from their own account, giving only each child's name. Before school starts, one parent can book braids for two kids back to back.

You'll set how often each style usually comes back, like six weeks. When that passes with nothing booked, the client gets one reminder with your link. At checkout, you can book the next appointment before they leave.

Getting paid for a long day

Bookeao Pro will never charge a fee per booking, for a new client or a regular.

• Cash and ATH Móvil: you'll record them in one tap. A bill paid partly in cash and partly by card stays one bill, and your earnings count all of it.
• Cards: processed by Stripe, at Stripe's fee only: 2.7% + 15¢ for a card tapped on your phone, 2.9% + 30¢ for a saved card or a payment link. Bookeao adds nothing.
• Transfers: free to your bank every business day, or instant for 1.5% ($0.50 minimum), only when you choose it.
