Walk-ins and appointments on the same day

Many barbers take both. With the virtual walk-in line, a client who comes by will take a number and see their place in line on their phone, so they can wait in the car instead of inside. Clients who booked keep their time.

The regular who comes every two weeks

The client who gets a cut every other Friday at 5:00 p.m. shouldn't have to text you each time. You'll be able to make it a recurring appointment, or book the next cut at checkout, before they leave.

For each service, you'll set how often clients usually come back. When a client passes that with nothing booked, they get one reminder with your link.

Fewer messages while you work

Put your link in your Instagram bio and send it on WhatsApp. Clients will see your services and prices and pick a time without writing to you. A beard can be an add-on with its own price and time.

Before the appointment, clients get a reminder and confirm or cancel with one tap. If a client doesn't reply, the appointment stays. If we can't reach someone, we flag the appointment so you can call them.

Open time you can fill

Your day will show every stretch of open time and what fits in it: “45 min open · Fits a cut · $25.00”. Share your link right from there. When someone cancels, the time is offered to the next client waiting.

Your money, counted the way you get paid

Bookeao Pro will never charge a fee per booking, whether it's a new client or one who's been coming for years.

• Deposits: for each service, you choose who pays one when they book: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before. A no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it. If you cancel, the client gets the whole deposit back.
• Cash and ATH Móvil: you'll record them in one tap. Every earnings number counts them, not only cards.
• Cards: processed by Stripe, at Stripe's fee only: 2.7% + 15¢ for a card tapped on your phone, 2.9% + 30¢ for a saved card or a payment link. Bookeao adds nothing.
