Booked without a call

Clients will book from your link and pick the service and its length, like 60 or 90 minutes, at any hour. Before the visit they get a reminder in the Bookeao app, by email, or by text, and confirm or cancel with one tap. If a client doesn't reply, the appointment stays. When someone cancels, the time is offered to the next client waiting.

Health notes before they arrive

For each service, you'll be able to add an intake and consent form that the client fills in and signs before the appointment: injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, areas to avoid, and the pressure they like. You read it with the appointment, before they're on the table. Only you see your clients and their answers.

Time to reset between clients

Changing the sheets and resetting the room takes time, and it isn't time a client should book. Each service can include the time you need after it. Your day will then show the open time that's left and what fits in it: “Fits a 60-minute massage · $70.00”. You can also turn on a setting that offers only times that won't leave you a gap too short to book.

Weekly regulars and home visits

A client who comes every Thursday at 6:00 p.m. can have a recurring appointment. If you go to clients' homes or hotels, you'll be able to add a travel fee based on distance. If they come to you, your page will show a pin where you really are and a photo of the entrance, which helps when you're on the second floor of a strip mall.

Your earnings, all of them

• No fee per booking, ever, for a new client or a regular.
• Deposits: ask for one when clients book, and choose who pays: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before. A no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it.
• Cash and ATH Móvil: you'll record them in one tap. Your earnings count them, along with cards and tips.
• Cards: processed by Stripe, at Stripe's fee only: 2.7% + 15¢ for a card tapped on your phone, 2.9% + 30¢ for a saved card or a payment link. Bookeao adds nothing.
