Intake and consent, signed before the visit

For each service, you'll be able to add a form the client fills in and signs before the appointment: skin products, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent sun, and whatever else that treatment needs. You see the answers with the appointment, so a reason not to do a peel shows up the day before, not once the client is on your table.

Treatments that come in a series

A course of peels every few weeks works only if the client keeps coming. At checkout, you'll book the next session before the client leaves, or set the series as recurring appointments. Your notes and before-and-after photos stay on the client's card, private, so you can see how the skin is changing.

Waxing and brows on a cycle

You'll set how often each service usually comes back, like four weeks for a wax. When that passes with nothing booked, the client gets one reminder with your link. Extras like extractions or a mask on a facial carry their own price and time, so your schedule holds the time for the whole service.

A quiet room, without the phone

Clients will book from your link, any hour, without a call. Before the visit they get a reminder in the Bookeao app, by email, or by text, and confirm or cancel with one tap. If a client doesn't reply, the appointment stays. When someone cancels, the time is offered to the next client waiting.

No fee per booking, and every payment counted

• No fee per booking, ever, for a new client or a regular.
• Deposits per service, paid when the client books. You choose who pays: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before. A no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it.
• Cash and ATH Móvil recorded in one tap, and counted in your earnings with cards and tips.
• Cards processed by Stripe, at Stripe's fee only: 2.7% + 15¢ for a card tapped on your phone, 2.9% + 30¢ for a saved card or a payment link. Bookeao adds nothing.
