Booking app for makeup artists

A wedding Saturday can mean a 5:00 a.m. call at a hotel 40 minutes away: the bride, four bridesmaids, and both mothers. Bookeao Pro is being built for days like that, and for the regular appointments in your studio.

The whole bridal party at one time

With group bookings, you'll set one time with a number of places, and each person books and pays for their own. You don't wait for the bride to collect from everyone, and the places can't go over the number you set. The same works for a makeup class or a workshop.

When you go to the client

If you work on location, you'll be able to add a travel fee based on distance, so a long drive gets paid too. When clients come to you, your page will show a pin where your studio really is, a photo of the entrance, and how to get there.

Early calls and late events

A 4:30 a.m. start isn't a regular appointment. With an after-hours price, you'll set a higher price for each service when it's booked outside your regular hours. The client sees that price before booking.

Holding the date

A wedding date you hold is a date you can't sell to anyone else. For each service, you'll be able to ask for a deposit when the client books, and book the trial as its own service. If the client doesn't show up, the no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it. If you're the one who cancels, the client gets the whole deposit back.

Getting paid for the event

Bookeao Pro will never charge a fee per booking, for one face or a full bridal party.

Questions

Do my clients have to download an app?

No. They can book on the web from your link. To book, they create an account and verify their phone with a code.

Can each bridesmaid pay her own part?

Yes. In a group booking, each place is booked and paid on its own. A client can also book for a family member from her own account, giving only that person's name.

When does it launch?

In 2027. There's no date yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when it's ready.
