Nail art, length, and removal, priced ahead

With add-ons, clients will pick the extras on a service, each with its own price and time: art on two nails or all ten, chrome, extra length, or taking off a gel set done somewhere else. Bookeao adds them up, so the time you hold matches the work, and clients see each price as they choose.

Fills that come back on time

Most clients come back for a fill every two or three weeks. You'll be able to make it a recurring appointment, or book the next fill at checkout, before the client leaves.

For clients who don't rebook, you'll set how often the service usually comes back. When that passes with nothing booked, they get one reminder with your link to book.

Short open time that still pays

Between a full set and a pedicure, you might have 30 minutes. Your day will show it with what fits: “Fits a polish change · $20.00”, and you can share your link from there. When someone cancels, the time is offered to the next client waiting.

For slow afternoons, you can share a discount code, or set a promotion on the days and hours you choose.

Your work brings the next client

Your page will show your services, prices, and photos of your sets, with a link to your Instagram or TikTok. After each visit, Bookeao asks the client for a review, with photos if they want, and you can share it to Instagram in one tap.

Getting paid, with nothing taken per booking

Bookeao Pro will never charge a fee per booking, for a new client or a regular.

• Deposits on full sets: ask for one only on the services that need it, paid when the client books. You choose who pays: everyone, new clients only, or clients who missed before. A no-show fee comes only from the deposit and never goes over it, and no client ever has to save a card.
• Cash and ATH Móvil: you'll record them in one tap. Your earnings count them, along with cards and tips.
• Cards: processed by Stripe, at Stripe's fee only: 2.7% + 15¢ for a card tapped on your phone, 2.9% + 30¢ for a saved card or a payment link. Bookeao adds nothing.
